We are pleased to announce that B dot Medical has been selected as one of the four participating companies in the second cohort of UNIKORN, a startup support program organized by the Life Science Innovation Network Japan (LINK-J).
UNIKORN is a part of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government’s TOKYO SUTEAM initiative, which supports startups with global ambitions. LINK-J positions the United Kingdom as an attractive entry point for Japanese startups expanding overseas, thanks to its strong scientific foundation, favorable investment environment, robust startup support ecosystem, and proximity to the U.S.
Through the UNIKORN program, participating life science startups receive business development support and promotional assistance, including mentorship from experts in the UK and opportunities to join international exhibitions. The program aims to foster a global mindset and create successful role models of overseas expansion.
B dot Medical was selected for its groundbreaking work in proton therapy, offering a highly precise and less invasive cancer treatment solution.
